Yin & Gong Bath

Thursdays 7:15–8:15 PM

with Lauren Hemley

End your day with a practice of being rather than doing.

This deeply restorative class combines long-held yin yoga stretches with restful, supported postures designed to release tension, calm the nervous system, and create space in both body and mind. As we slow down and settle into stillness, you’ll have the opportunity to step away from the demands of the day and reconnect with yourself.

The practice concludes with an immersive gong bath. Rest comfortably as the vibrations of the gong wash over you, inviting a profound sense of ease, relaxation, and inner quiet.

Perfect before bed, this class offers a gentle transition from the busyness of daily life into a more grounded and restful state. Leave feeling nourished, restored, and ready for a deeper night’s sleep.

Suitable for all levels. No prior experience is necessary.

Yoga Therapy for Anxiety

Sundays 10:15–11:30 AM

with Amy Fulgham

Yoga Therapy for Anxiety will lead participants through pranayama (breath practice), gentle Vinyasa, as well as a few grounding yin poses (longer-held meditative stretches).

The practice will conclude with a guided meditation such as yoga nidra and body scan to help promote relaxation, reduce stress, ground and calm the mind, enhance awareness and acceptance of thoughts and feelings, and build emotional resilience.

Students will learn simple yogic tools to incorporate into their lives.

Move & Melt — Slow Flow

Fridays 12:00–1:15 PM

with Lauren Hemley

Move & Melt is your ritual to unwind, feel, and integrate.

We begin with vinyasa-style movement and stretching, designed to help you move in the direction of stillness—building gentle heat, releasing tension, and reconnecting to your body. From there, we transition into guided meditation and restorative yoga, allowing the body and nervous system to fully downshift.

This class is a balance of effort and ease—inviting you to move what’s stuck, soften what’s held, and settle into a deeper state of rest.

Move & Melt — Jivamukti Inspired

Sundays 5:00–6:15 PM

with Purnima Langen

Move & Melt is your ritual to unwind, feel, and integrate.

We begin with vinyasa-style movement and stretching, designed to help you move in the direction of stillness—building heat, releasing tension, and reconnecting to your body. The Jivamukti-inspired version offers a more vigorous movement practice while remaining rooted in yoga philosophy.

From there, we transition into guided meditation and restorative yoga, allowing the body and nervous system to fully downshift.

This class is a balance of effort and ease—inviting you to move what’s stuck, soften what’s held, and settle into a deeper state of rest.

We’ll close with a mini sound bath to support integration and leave you feeling grounded, open, and reset.

Devoted Vinyasa — Jivamukti Inspired

Thursday 6:00–7:00 PM with Echo Ni

Wednesday 7:00–8:15 PM with Amy Fulgham

Friday 6:00–7:00 PM with Stefanie Telvi

A very comprehensive and fairly vigorous class inspired by the Jivamukti tradition.

This class includes chanting, breath awareness, surya namaskar (sun salutation), standing poses, optional inversions, backbends and forward folds, alignment exploration, hands-on assistance, relaxation, and meditation.

All classes include 15 offerings in a sequence creatively designed by a certified Urban Sadhu Yoga or Jivamukti teacher.

This class is a rebirth of the class style from Urban Sadhu Yoga that recently closed in Jersey City, which evolved from the Jivamukti lineage.

Asana Exploration

Mondays 5:15–6:15 PM

with Amy Fulgham

Curious about arm balances, inversions, backbends, and other challenging yoga poses, but not sure where to begin?

In this workshop-style vinyasa class, we’ll focus on a different posture and/or transition each month, breaking them down step-by-step through preparatory movements, strength-building exercises, mobility work, and alignment techniques.

Rather than moving through poses quickly with the option of adding in a challenging pose, you’ll have the opportunity to slow down, ask questions, and develop a deeper understanding of how the pose works in your body.

This class is designed for students who have some prior yoga experience and are familiar with foundational poses. Whether you’re working toward crow pose, headstand, wheel, side crow, or simply refining your practice, you’ll be given accessible variations and progressive steps so you can participate fully, regardless of where you are in your journey.

The goal isn’t to achieve a particular shape—it’s to build strength, confidence, awareness, and a deeper relationship with your practice.

Come ready to explore, learn, and discover what’s possible.
